We process the information you provide to us (such as your email address and the details you enter for your song, including information about other persons), order and payment information, communication with us, and technical and usage data generated when you use our websites and emails (such as IP address, device and browser information, and interactions).

We process personal data to provide our service, including creating and delivering songs; to process orders and payments; to communicate with you, including about your song; to send you information and offers where permitted; to analyse and improve our websites and services; to measure and improve our advertising; to ensure security and prevent misuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and your consent where required. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Information about other persons

If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you are entitled to do so. We use such information only to provide our service.

6. Recipients
