Every song is created individually for you. You can listen to a free preview before purchasing, so you know what to expect before you decide.

Because our songs are personalised digital content, purchases are final and are not refundable for change of mind or personal preference. One round of changes is included with each song.

If we are unable to deliver your song, or if a delivered file is technically defective and cannot be replaced, we will refund the price paid.

Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. For questions about your order, please contact support@mysongstory.ch and include your order number.
